I led the UI/UX redesign of the GSAC mobile app to improve usability, visual clarity, and overall user experience. The goal was to transform the app into a more intuitive and reliable tool for GSAC members by addressing critical design and interaction issues.

I designed a self-service loan kiosk for GSAC Cooperative Bank to enhance the banking experience and make loan processing faster and more efficient. The kiosk provides customers with a quick, intuitive way to input their loan information and instantly receive a printed summary, reducing the need for long waits at the counter.
